The Forbidden City (故宫) is the Chinese story I picked to read for kids this week.

In the story, a little boy called Xiao Ming (小明) would take us back to the Qing Dynasty (清朝) and met the little emperor(小皇帝), who’s going to show Xiao Ming around the palace.

The Forbidden City is a mesmerising palace with countless treasures and places to explore.

This story will give our little ones a glimpse of what the Forbidden City is like. Enjoy!
